Сlothes and fashion (Лиза)

People have various attitudes to fashion. Some are indifferent and do not care what they wear. Others, mostly women, are very choosy about what clothes to wear and like to spend a lot of money on them. There are some people who dress to the latest fashion and they buy expensive clothes just to be fashion.
The way we dress depends on our taste, on the season and the proper occasion. In summer we usually wear light clothes.
In winter people wear something warm - trousers, jeans, cardigans and jumpers.
On special occasions people usually dress up.
As for me, my favourite articles of clothes are jeans, T-shirts and trainers. At my school pupils must wear a uniform, certainly I didn’t like the idea of putting on the uniform at first, but now when I go out, I prefer something comfortable like jeans and a sweatshirt. I try to follow the fashion, but fashionable clothes are rather exspensive.

Music (Вова)

We come into contact with music throughout our lives. Music plays a significant role for us. We hear it everywhere. Our city provides opportunity for people of all ages to enjoy music at concert halls, clubs or at musical festival. Unfortunately I have never been to a musical festival event. I know that the great festival “Drums of the world” takes place in our region so may be sometime I’ll go there.
As for me, I haven’t musical talent to play a musical instrument. But if I could, I would play the guitar, it sounds good and I could play popular songs for my friends.
All in all I should say , if there was no music, our life would be extremely boring and sad

The place where you live (about your home town)

what your city, town or village is famous for;

· what your favourite place in your city, town or village is, and why you like it;

· whether you are going to stay in your city, town or village after leaving school or move to another place, and why.

I live in a rather small town Togliatti. Is called so, because, of Italian communist Palmiro Togliatti. My town is famous for firstly an automobile plant and secondly for it’s wonderful nature. That’s why one of my favorite places is so-called “Green zone” where the monument of founder of the town, Tatishev, is situated. It’s really beautiful place on the bank of the Volga river. Besides I like being in a shopping mall Park House, cause there I can meet my friends, go to the cinema with them or to eat out.

As for my future plans, I should say that I haven’t made the decision, but on the one hand I would like to stay at home, cause here I have my family and friends. But on the other hand I’ll be great to live somewhere on my own. And if I decide to leave my home, I’ll enter to the university in Kazan or St P or even Moscow. That’s all what I wanted to say.

Keeping fit (Лера)

The polluted and unhealthy world of today makes people realise the importance of keeping fit and going in for sport. Sport is popular with the young and the old. Many people do morning exercises, go jogging and train at gyms.
Sport is good way to keep fit, and keeping fit is important because a healthy person can work much easier and live a happy life. Keeping fit has become an important part of our life.
I should say that the most popular kinds of sport are football, hockey, skating and skiing. Snowboarding has become a popular sport too.
As for me, I do sport regularly. I am an amateur and usually running with my friends. My favorite sport is swimming and I go to the swimming pool twice a week. This helps me feel fit and healthy and when I swim I relax and forget about problems for some time.
Keeping fit doesn't mean only doing sport, it also deals with the right way of eating.
Keeping fit and going in for sport are very important and everyone

My school

First of all I should say that I go to School 93. More than 1400 students study at it.
I like my school because I like some teachers and them attitude to us. More over at my school there are a lot of sport fossilizes such as a 2 swimming pool, a 1 stadium, a 6 gyms. I like my classmates because we are all a big family.
The most difficult day for me is Wednesday because I have 7 lessons and I’m very tired this day. At my school I don’t like school uniform. Our headmaster decided that all students must wear a uniform. But I don’t like it, because uniform is dull and not attractive.
All in all I should say that my school is very good and I really like my school. That’s all what I wanted to say.
